Team Leader Test Support Engineering (m/f/d)
in our laboratory in Leonberg
Here you set the parameters
- You will develop, program and maintain our test systems, design test programs/strategies, design test circuits and take care of the associated release tests.
- You will improve current test programs, supervise electrical measurement series and demonstrate your analytical flair in troubleshooting.
- You carefully analyze and document the test results in order to communicate them to our customers in a clear, complete and comprehensible manner.
- It goes without saying that you are also an active debugger and a master of measurement technology.
- You advise our customers competently on all questions relating to testing: from the initial test strategy to the analysis of failed components.
- You will work hand in hand with our sales team when it comes to feasibility, risk assessment and cost estimation.
- As a driving force and role model, you will guide your colleagues in the engineering team and practice our company philosophy of human and fair interaction with employees, customers and suppliers.

Your standard configuration
- Training as a technician, Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma in computer science, electronics, semiconductor technology, engineering or related fields
- Basic equipment: Experience in programming test systems for complex semiconductor components (ATE). Basic know-how in statistics; programming skills (e.g. Python, C or C++) and experience with Windows, Office programs and LINUX operating systems
- Good German and English
- Quick comprehension; enjoy working independently in a small team; customer orientation and quality awareness
